§ 110-621. Advertising districts established.

There are hereby created and established in the county three advertising tax districts: Advertising Tax District No. 1, which shall comprise the territory embraced in County Commissioners' Districts Nos. 1 and 3 of the county; Advertising Tax District No. 2, which shall comprise the territory embraced in County Commissioners' Districts Nos. 2 and 4 of the county, and Advertising Tax District No. 3, which shall comprise the territory embraced in County Commissioners' District No. 5 in the county.

Editor's note

Reference to county commissioners' districts are to such districts as they existed in 1949. The establishment of such advertising districts in County Commissioners' Districts 1 and 3 was rejected, and in District 2 was approved at an election as required by Laws of Fla. ch. 26294 (1949).
