§ 110-433. Type of services; levy of millage.

The county council may hereafter determine what services are to be rendered within the district created by this division and shall promulgate and levy incident thereto that millage necessary to provide such services; provided, however, that the millage levied may not exceed that authorized by the constitution and the laws of the state and provided that such establishment and levy of millage shall be done only after due public notice in a newspaper of general circulation at least 15 days prior to the date such millage is established at a public hearing.
