§ 110-314. Special subdistricts.

  • The county council may create, within the municipal service district created by this division, subdistricts to provide municipal-type services to designated areas, and shall have the power within such designated areas and such subdistricts to levy special taxes, special assessments and other charges to provide the desired services. Nothing in this section, however, shall preclude the county council from establishing special assessment and services districts in conformance with articles II and III of this chapter.
