§ 110-312. Power of taxation and assessment.

  • The county council, in the exercise of the authority granted by section 202(1) of the county Charter and the constitution the state, shall have the power to levy ad valorem taxes not exceeding ten mills and such other forms of taxation, special assessments and other charges as may be legal, for the provision of municipal services in the municipal service district created by this division.
