§ 110-1. Uncodified ordinances creating certain specific districts saved from repeal.

(a)

Nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this Code repeals any ordinance not in this Code that:

(1)

Creates any special assessment, special service or streetlighting district; or

(2)

Amends any ordinance that creates any special assessment, special service or streetlighting district.

(b)

The ordinances referred to in subsection (a) of this section continue in full force and effect.
