§ 10-69. Judicial review.

A permit holder aggrieved by a decision of the hearing officer may challenge the decision in circuit court by filing a petition for writ of certiorari with the clerk of circuit court no later than 30 days of the rendition of the decision of the hearing officer. The record before the circuit court shall consist of the complete record of the proceeding before the hearing officer. Judicial review of revocation shall only be available after the procedures set forth in sections 10-66 and 10-67 have been exhausted.
