§ 10-37. Prohibited acts.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the following:

    (1)

    To promote, conduct, operate or stage an outdoor entertainment event without first obtaining all required permits.

    (2)

    To promote, conduct, operate or stage an outdoor entertainment event in violation of the requirements of this article or permit conditions.

    (3)

    To promote, operate, conduct or stage any outdoor entertainment event in such a manner as to create a public or private nuisance.

    (4)

    To allow any person to remain on the premises of the permitted outdoor entertainment event if said person has caused or created a disturbance, or engaged in illegal activities on said premises.

    (5)

    To erect any temporary structure more than five days prior to any outdoor entertainment event.

    (6)

    To fail to remove any temporary structure within three days after any outdoor entertainment event.
