§ 10-34. Article not to affect land development or building regulations.

This article shall not be construed to amend the Volusia County Zoning Ordinance (appendix B to this Code), the Volusia County Land Development Code (appendix A to this Code), the Volusia County Beach Code (chapter 20), or any other land development regulation or article in effect in the county.
