§ 106-193. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to establish mandatory recycling to ensure that recyclable materials generated and accumulated by multifamily and commercial establishments be source separated and collected from solid waste so that such recyclable materials are not deposited at a landfill, but are processed and reused.
