§ 106-165. Prohibited acts; enforcement.

(a)

Prohibited acts. No person or entity may:

(1)

Transport waste or used tires without first having obtained a license as required by section 106-163.

(2)

Give or display false identification or sign a false name when required to furnish identification.

(3)

Fail to submit the records required under section 106-164.

(4)

Conceal, destroy or cover, or attempt to conceal, destroy or cover, the identification mark outside the tire casing as required in subsection 106-163(d).

(5)

Fail to comply with any other provision of this article.

(b)

Violations of this article are punishable as provided in section 1-7.
