§ 102-35. Administration and implementation of housing assistance program.

The community services department and the local housing partnership which is created by this article are designated as the entities responsible for the development and implementation of the county housing assistance program. There is hereby created a full-time position in the community services department to coordinate development, redevelopment and implementation activities. Duties and responsibilities of such positions shall be determined by the director of the community services department to carry out the purposes of this article. The community services department shall cooperate with other county departments, the local housing partnership and other agencies in carrying out its duties and responsibilities pursuant to this article.
